Dress Code

Location

On the Golf Course

ALLOWED FOR LADIESALLOWED FOR GENTLEMEN
Smart golfing attire and golf shoes. Shirts to be collared/turtle neck, and may be sleeveless. Shirts may be worn outside clothing if so designed, but must cover midriff.
Tailored shorts and skirts (or cut offs).

Caps must be worn with peaks forward.

Denim jeans. Combat style trousers/shorts with saddle pockets Tee shirts. Large slogans on clothing. Sports training Shoes.

Spike Bar

ALLOWED FOR LADIESALLOWED FOR GENTLEMEN
As per “On the golf course” plus smart casual. Smart jeans are allowed on Friday evening during Happy Hour.As per “On the golf course” plus smart casual. Smart jeans are allowed on Friday evening during Happy Hour. Sandals/Loafers with no socks can be worn in Spike Bar and on Patio.


DISALLOWED FOR LADIES AND GENTLEMEN

As per “On the golf course” No denim jeans that are torn or frayed. Headwear, outdoor clothing, waterproofs or wet and dirty golf attire.

Club House, Bar and Lounge

Golfing attire or smart casual. Tailored shorts and skirts, or cut offs, except when there is a Club function and a specific dress code has been set.Golfing attire or smart casual. As per disallowed in the spike bar plus denim jeans and golf shoes. Sandals and shoes with no socks are not allowed.

Dining Room

Smart casual for Sunday lunch and general dining after 6.30pmAs above allowed prior to 6.30pm. Loafers/Sandals with no socks are not allowed at any time in the Dining Room.

As above plus no golfing attire after 6.30pm and Sunday lunch. (Unless specified otherwise.)

NB. Smart casual for men is a collared shirt (but not polo shirts) or turtle neck top with trousers. Jackets are not required unless specified for individual events. The changing of shoes or clothing in the Car Park is not permitted. No headwear is allowed in the clubhouse.

All members and visitors should follow the above dress code. Where you see someone failing to adhere to the code please either politely draw it to his or her attention or notify a member of staff or Board official.

Societies are encouraged to change to smart casual for dining after golf.
